Pedicularis a group of plants. It contains Indian Warrior and Elephants Head. Indian Warrior is often considered the strongest variety, and Elephants Head is one of the least potent but best tasting.

Effects

Pedicularis is a genus of plants that, with priming, most people will get effects from. It is more potent than Dagga leaf but less potent than Dagga flowers Sinicuichi and Kratom. They are also well known for excellent taste.

All pedicularis plants mix extremely well with Blue Lotus!

Varieties

Indian Warrior

Indian Warrior, or Pedicularis densiflora, is supposed to be the most potent of the Pedicularis genus.

Indian Warrior resin tastes extremely good, but the leaves are harsh and, while not unpleasant, the smoke is not as good as that of it's sister plant Elephant's Head.

Indian Warrior resin can be purchased at http://www.loveleafgarden.com/

Elephant's Head

Elephant's Head, or Pedicularis groenlandica, is one of the least potent but best tasting members of the pedicularis family.

Parrot's Beak

Parrot's Beak, or Pedicularis racemosa is very rare. There is a long and very interesting article about herbs somewhere on the internet that seems to suggest Parrot's Beak in a smoking blend for no apparent reason. Parrot's Beak is also a nickname given to a totally different plant.

Wood Betony or Lousewort

Wood Betony, or Lousewort (Pedicularis canadensis) is a common variety of pedicularis.

Important Note: Wood Betony also refers to a different herb (Stachys betonica)

Where to Buy

http://www.loveleafgarden.com has a very potent 20x extraction of pedicularis. You can also buy unextracted Pedicularis densiflora (Indian Warrior) from their site.
